Back in June I started a painting of a tree, that quickly became something else entirely, which I wrote a blog about HERE. Then it did it's thang (that 90% of my paintings love to do) where it hung on my wall and pissed me off for several months (seven, approximately) until a few weeks ago when I pulled it off the wall and decided it was ready to stop being so stupid. (Yes, my relationship with my paintings is mildly abusive, but it works for us.)

It made me mad again so I stuck it in the corner of the studio. I'm giving it time to think about what it's done. Maybe tomorrow will be the day it lets me make it good. We'll see.
