A couple weeks ago I was driving around looking for inspiration for a new painting when I drove past this tree:
It was so beautiful and looked almost like it was on fire! I knew I needed to paint it. Today I got started, using supplies provided by DecoArt. First I drew it out:
Then I began painting. Since it was so nice outside today, I got to paint outdoors!
Since I had two canvases that were the same size (12x36") I decided to paint on the other one as well:
This one was outlined with an orange Sharpie. Once they're both totally finished I'll be hanging them above our newly refinished fireplace!
