Thanks to DecoArt and the mountain of paint they sent me, I've been in painting ALL OF THE THINGS overdrive! Today, I painted these super cute pots from A.C.Moore. So if you're interested in a simple DIY project for the Fall, read along! Otherwise, just look at the cuteness :)
Paint pot white. You'll need to do a couple layers if you don't want to see any of the terracotta color through the paint.
Once your paint has dried, get your painters tape and section off the areas that you don't want to be covered in metallics. I like triangles, so I mainly stuck to taping different size triangles on my pots.
Cover the untaped areas in Metallics. Same deal as the white paint - you're going to need a few coats. I left some of the pots not fully covered, giving it a different look. Coverage is up to you!
Aaaaand that's it!
Put in cute succulents or some candy! Nom nom nom
I'll be sharing the grand reveal of the awesome new piece of furniture that these babes are sitting on VERY SOON! Stay tuned!! :)
